LUNCHBOX CORNFLAKES

This is a really easy and inexpensive recipe that the children will love!
85g XyloSweet
125g Butter
1 Egg
2/3 cup Sultanas or Raisins
1 cup self-raising Flour
2 cups lightly crushed cornflakes
Blend XyloSweet and butter, creaming until light and fluffy.
Add egg and beat well.
Sift flour, add sultanas and fold in, mixing well.
For each biscuit, drop a teaspoon of mixture into cornflakes and roll lightly. Place them onto a lightly greased oven tray (should make around 30) and bake in a moderate oven (160 -180 celsius) for 20 minutes. Allow room between them for spreading
