Method:
- Spray microwave cake pan with Spray & Cook
- Mix flour, salt and XyloSweet
- Beat eggs, hot water, vanilla and cocoa together
- Slowly add liquid to the flour and mix
- Pour into baking dish
- Bake on high for 7 minutes
- Let it cool down before turning the cake onto a plate.
Icing
- Melt carob over boiling water
- Warm yoghurt lightly in microwave for a few seconds
- Mix orange rind and yoghurt with carob and drip over cake
- Decorate with chopped nuts
Cut into 12 even slices, and each slice equals roughly 5 GL
